Gliden Industries is completing the Riverchase Elementary CMAR Renovation Package, which includes the replacement of exhaust fans and upgrades to the special education classrooms. The special education scope includes a new layout for the classrooms with the addition of a restroom and joint sensory room with the necessary finishes, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC upgrades to accommodate the new layout.
