The project included significant concrete placement scope for the new steel structure. A total of 12 piers were drilled in a highly congested compact job site. Half of the new piers were placed beneath a 26” thick concrete slab to combat vibration caused by the large train units.
The concrete placement was completed in the central plant to aid in the installation of new pumps and chillers. Gliden also installed plaster rehabilitation and acrylic paint for new piping as well as security fencing, custom gates, and post-construction landscaping.
